New England Water Works Association (NEWWA) created the Francis X. Crowley Scholarship to support students. Every year, $3,000 will be given to a student enrolled in the civil or environmental engineering program, or a business management program at a 4-year college or university.

Eligibility Criteria:
Scholarship applicants will be evaluated on the following criteria:
- Must be a student pursuing an undergraduate degree in environmental or civil engineering or business management at a four-year college or university program in Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont.
