The scholarship program was started by the American Council of Engineering Companies Research Institute in 2002 to promote the engineering profession to the current and future generations and award exceptional engineering students. A student as junior, senior, or fifth year in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree engineering or land-surveying program in the U.S. can apply for this program.
