The Wyoming Community Foundation sponsored the Wyoming Daughters of the American Revolution scholarship to support female students of at least 1/8 American Indian descent. Under the program, one successful applicant will get a $3,000 fund covering tuition and/or fees and costs associated with pursuing success in higher education.

Eligibility Criteria:
Scholarship applicants will be evaluated on the following criteria:
- Any female HS graduate or GED recipient who is of at least 1/8 American Indian descent, currently in higher education and demonstrating success
- Must be a Wyoming resident.
- Must have a Required GPA: 2.0

Here’s what you must submit besides your application.
- Essay answers should be between 2,000 and 3,000 characters. Aim for a response that is no fewer than 500 words long.
Please address your American Indian Heritage. What is your blood ratio and what tribes are you affiliated with? What do you plan to do with your education to better your life and the lives of other Native Americans?

Applicants who fulfill the application requirements will be given the Wyoming Daughters of the American Revolution scholarship.
