The General Federation of Women’s Clubs (GFWC) Massachusetts offers the Catherine E. Philbin Public Health Scholarship, aimed at helping young people pursue higher education.   • Letter of reference from a high school teacher, academic advisor or college professor (original on school letterhead).
  • Copy of Massachusetts driver’s license or high school ID.
  • Official transcript with grades.
