WTS Foundation was established in 1981 and offers Helene M. Overly Memorial Graduate Scholarships to honor the first Executive Secretary of WTS Helene M. Overly for her dedicated service to the foundation. Under the program, one women in any transportation-related field such as logistics, engineering, or planning will recieve an award of $10,000.

Eligibility:

- Must be women in any transportation-related field such as logistics, engineering, or planning.
- Applicants are to be enrolled in a graduate degree program.
- Must have a minimum GPA: 3.0
