The Henry Broughton, K2AE, Memorial Scholarship 2025

The American Radio Relay League (ARRL) Foundation offers the Henry Broughton, K2AE, Memorial Scholarship in honor of the late Henry Primm Broughton, K2AE, one of radio’s pioneers. The Foundation aims to support the growth of Amateur Radio through its numerous scholarship programs. Every year, one winner will receive the $2,000 scholarship if one has at least a General Class amateur radio license and be pursuing an undergraduate degree at a four-year college or university.

Eligibility:

Scholarship applicants will be evaluated on the following criteria:

• Must have at least a General Class amateur radio license
• Must be pursuing an undergraduate degree at a four-year college or university.
• Applicant who is residing within a 70-mile radius of Schenectady, New York
• GPA: 2.0+
