The Arkansas Trucking Association offers the Carl Tapp Technician Scholarship Program for any student interested in pursuing vocational or technical education in the area of diesel technology. Under the program, two students will be awarded up to $7,500 in scholarships to support their education and reach their career goals.

Eligibility Criteria:
Scholarship applicants will be evaluated on the following criteria:
- Must be graduating from accredited senior high schools and interested in a heavy-duty truck technician program at an accredited Arkansas institution.
- Must have a Required GPA: 2.8
