The Arizona Promise Program is offered to eligible Arizona residents by providing all tuition and fees at Arizona’s public universities. The Arizona Promise Program will help students cover tuition and fees for qualifying low-income Arizona students with federal Pell Grants at Arizona State University, Northern Arizona University or the University of Arizona. However, Housing, meal plans, parking or books will be not covered.
