Eligibility Criteria:
Scholarship applicants will be evaluated on the following criteria:
- Must be High School Senior who will enroll in universities in North or South Carolina.
- Must be part of a racial or ethnic group that is considered people of color including Alaskan Native, Asian American, Black, Hispanic, Native American, Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander.
- Must have a minimum GPA of 3.5.
