The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation (CBCF) created the Ally Financial Law Scholars Program to offer financial assistance to students pursuing a law degree. The program will help students minimize the debt of higher education that plagues scholars after they complete the professional degree program. Under the program, one student will receive an award of $6,000–$20,000.
