The Original Los Angeles Flower Market was established in 1921. It focuses on juniors or seniors in the U.S. Eligible recipients must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and be majoring in agriculture with an emphasis on a future in floriculture. This scholarship will offer tuition assistance to students attending a college/university in California or student residents of California attending a college/university in other areas of the U.S.

Eligibility Criteria:

Scholarship applicants will be evaluated on the following criteria:

• Must be pursuing a career in or related to FLORICULTURE or HORTICULTURE.
• Must be a CITIZEN OR RESIDENT OF THE U.S. OR CANADA or be enrolled in an accredited educational institution in the U.S. or Canada.
• Must Have a minimum 2.0 grade point average.

• Two letters of recommendation – Preferably one from a teacher and one from an employer.Upload recommendations to your online application as a PDF. Letter of Recommendations uploaded or requested will be applied to all scholarships selected.
