The AMS Senior Named Scholarships are given to senior undergraduates, aimed at helping further the education of outstanding students pursuing degrees in atmospheric, related oceanic, or hydrologic sciences. The scholarship prize awards will include from $2,000 to $10,000.

Eligibility Criteria:
Scholarship applicants will be evaluated on the following criteria:
- Must be entering their final year of undergraduate study in the fall of 2025.
- Must provide evidence of acceptance as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. institution at the time of the award.
- Must be pursuing a degree in the atmospheric or related sciences.
- Must have a minimum grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0-point scale.
- Must be U.S. citizens.
- No age restriction.
