Eligibility Criteria:
Scholarship applicants will be evaluated on the following criteria:
- Must be a legal U.S. resident
- Must be a legal California resident,
- Must live in California during the scholarship year, and be enrolled in a school or an online approved program of no less than six months in duration during the scholarship year.
