Eligibility Criteria:
Scholarship applicants will be evaluated on the following criteria:
- Must be pursuing an undergraduate degree in civil engineering at a four-year college or university program.
- Must be a member of NEWWA.
- Must be legal residents of New England or attend a college/university in New England.
- Geographic Eligibility: Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont
