Global Ambassador Award 2025

The University of New Orleans (UNO) and the Division of International Education for Louisiana offer the Global Ambassador Award for undergraduate and graduate students who wish to carry out research in relative countries to their fields of study. Under the program, Students will be awarded seven scholarship awards available ranging between $250 and $5,000. One can study at accredited institutions in Australia, Costa Rica, England, Italy, Japan, and Spain.

Eligibility Criteria:

Scholarship applicants will be evaluated on the following criteria:

  • An undergraduate must be currently enrolled at the University of New Orleans and have completed at least one year of college with at least 30 credits from the University of New Orleans.
  • Must have a minimum UNO GPA of 2.75 for all Global Ambassador Awards.
  • A graduate applicant must be currently enrolled at the University of New Orleans and have completed at least 12 credit hours at UNO.
