Idaho Governor’s Cup Scholarship 2025

The Idaho Governor’s Cup was started as a small golf tournament by Cecil Andrus (former Governor of Idaho) in 1974. In 2014, the Idaho Governor’s Cup launched a scholarship program in honor of Governor Cecil Andrus who established the tournament. Under the program, you will get $3,000 to high school or home-school seniors intending to pursue academic or career technical education at a college or university in Idaho each year.

Eligibility Criteria:

Scholarship applicants will be evaluated on the following criteria:

  • Must be a resident of Idaho.
  • Must be a graduating senior of an Idaho high school or home school.
  • Must Enroll as a full-time student in an academic four-year bachelor’s program.
  • Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above.
  • Must attend the first semester of college following graduation.
