Eligibility:
Scholarship applicants will be evaluated on the following criteria:
- Applicants must be Iowa residents.
- One has enrolled in an eligible Iowa private college or university for an undergraduate associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
- Must fill out the FAFSA application, and have an appropriate Expected Family Contribution (EFC) on the FAFSA.
