Eligibility Criteria:
Scholarship applicants will be evaluated on the following criteria:
- Must be enrolled in a graduate program in costuming in a regionally accredited college or university.
- Must be students who have studied or will study at a university in the SETC region such as the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia.
