Eligibility Criteria:
Scholarship applicants will be evaluated on the following criteria:
- Must be a College Sophomore – College Senior in New York.
- Must be enrolled in a fulltime undergraduate course of study at an accredited four-year college or university.
- Must be a New York State resident or attending school at an accredited New York State college or university
