Eligibility Criteria:
Scholarship applicants will be evaluated on the following criteria:
- Must be Graduating High School Senior
- Must be a Legal residency of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
- Attendance at a Pennsylvania college, university, or career school as a full-time student
- Academic achievement (minimum of 3.0 cumulative GPA in high school)
- Commitment to community and demonstrated leadership qualities
- Extracurricular activities
- Financial need
