Students in Alaska, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Montana can apply for this program. Under the program, one student will get an award of $10,000.

Scholarship applicants will be evaluated on the following criteria:
- Must be students in Alaska, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Montana.
- Race/Ethnicity must be Black, Hispanic.
- Must be enrolled in a Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation (COCA) accredited school.
