Eligibility Criteria:
Scholarship applicants will be evaluated on the following criteria:
- Must be a College Freshman from US Citizen or have Permanent Resident Status.
- Must be fully admitted to UT for the Fall Semester by the March 1st deadline.
- Must be a first time incoming freshman who has not attended another institution after high school graduation.
- Must have a Required GPA: 3.7
