Eligibility Criteria:
Scholarship applicants will be evaluated on the following criteria:
- Must be a resident of, or have a material connection to, Franklin County
- Accepted to a three-year J.D. Program with the intent to become a lawyer.
- Students entering the first, second, and third year of their J.D. Program can receive the award.
- Additional consideration available to students attending PA Law schools but students going to out of state Law school will also be considered.
- Graduated from an undergraduate program, you must have a minimum GPA of 3.5 (in the case of students entering their first year of law school). All other students need to minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Must show Financial need

Selection Process:
Residents of or who have a material connection to Franklin County will be selected if they have also enrolled in a three-year J.D. Program and have a minimum GPA of 3.0, demonstrating clear financial need, with the intent of becoming a lawyer after graduation.
Renewability
This scholarship will automatically renew for up to three years provided the recipient maintains a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. You must submit a transcript and tuition bill each semester in order for the scholarship to be renewed.
