The American Welding Society (AWS) will support educational and research opportunities to promote the growth and development of the welding industry. Under the program, one undergraduate student who wants to pursue a four-year or more bachelor’s degree program in welding engineering or welding engineering technology will receive the $3,500.

Eligibility Criteria:
Scholarship applicants will be evaluated on the following criteria:
- Must be High School Graduate – Undergraduate.
- Must be students from or studying in Ohio or Arizona.
- Must be Minimum Age: 18
- Must have a required GPA: 2.5
