Idaho Opportunity Scholarship 2025

Governor C.L. “Butch” Otter and the Idaho Legislature started the Opportunity Scholarship to prepare university/college graduates. High School Senior – High School Graduate will get $3,500 to 500 Award Winners.

Eligibility Criteria:

Scholarship applicants will be evaluated on the following criteria:

  • Must be residents of Idaho or graduated or will graduate from an Idaho high school or its equivalent or Idaho homeschool. 
  • Must have a minimum GPA of 2.7 or higher.
  • Must demonstrate financial need.
