American Veterinary Medical Foundation (AVMF) and Harold Wetterberg Foundation offer the Scholarship for either past or current residents of the state of New Jersey who are pursuing a career in veterinary medicine. Every year, the Scholarship includes an award of up to $15,000, catering to offset some of the costs of students.

Eligibility Criteria:
Scholarship applicants will be evaluated on the following criteria:
- Must have graduated from a high school in the state.
- Must have a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale from a veterinary or undergraduate school.
- Must be residents of New Jersey.
